All fleece bean bags come with a REMOVABLE INNER LINER that contains the pellets. (The cover & filler are $120 & the liner is $40. Total = $160)  With other fabrics the liner is an option that makes it possible to wash the cover.  With fleece it is required to add strength to a fabric that does not contain a woven backing like most other materials.
